Please Note:
– For Low Season rates, deduct 10% from the rack rate.
– For East African Citizens and Residents, deduct 25% from the rack rate.
– Should the government increase taxes or introduce new taxes, the Company reserves the right to modify the rates.

– NOT INCLUDED: Masai Mara National Reserve entry fees. The following rates are subject to change at short notice by Park Authorities:

Please note that these rates are for guests sleeping INSIDE the Masai Mara National Reserve. For international guests sleeping OUTSIDE the Masai Mara the adult entry fee is 80 USD/day and the child entry fee is 45 USD/day.
Single Occupancy and 3rd person sharing
Single occupancy: add 20% to the rack rate.
Third person sharing (not available in Hippo Camp): deduct 40% from the lowest rack rate.
Children and families
Children 0-16 years old must share a tent with an adult.
Children under 5 years old: free of charge
Children 5-16 years: 50% discount on adult rate
* Family rooms: available upon request in Buffalo and VIP camps. Max. 4 guests (or 4 plus 1 infant) with at least one child of 5-16 years in the party.
Meal Plan
Full Board: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea and coffee.
VIP Full Board: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea, coffee, wine, beer and sodas.
Game Package: Includes two daily Game Drives, breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea and coffee.
VIP Game Package: Includes two daily Game Drives, breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea, coffee, wine, beer and sodas.
Seasons and Check in/Check out time:
High Season:
1st July to 31st October / 20th December to 6th January.
Low Season:
7th January to 30th June / 1st November to 19th December.
Check-In time: From 12pm. Check-out time: Until 10am.
Payment Method
A deposit of 50% of the total balance should be paid to secure the booking.
The remaining 50% plus any extra service must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date.
Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival date should be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges
– 31 days and over: no cancellation fee.
– From 30 to 15 days: 50% cancellation fee.
– From 14 days and no show: 100% cancellation fee.
